Cut two pieces of white cardstock. One piece 6 1/4″ x 11″ and the second piece 6 1/4″ x 6″. Spray the adhesive on the remaining cardboard and adhere the cardstock to the back to make a clean look.
One each end, punch hole punches 2″ in and about 1″ down.
(Look closely below to see the hole punches).
On the cardstock side near the hole punches, place a few pieces of double sided tape.
And close up your flip book (pressing firmly on the double sided tape).
Using 1″ binder rings, gather all your photo pages and connect them to your flip book!
(To keep the pictures from falling out, use a tiny piece of double sided tape between the picture and the photo page will do the trick)!
And there you have it!
Perfect for my daily prayers for my husband!
These would also make great gifts if you fill the photo pages with photos!
Now, go make one!

What a wonderful idea. I have a friend who will send a set of cards customized to a person or persons and they are 30 days of prayers based on scriptures. http://www.dailyprayercards.com. They would be wonderful combined with your flip books.I ordered a set for me and my daughter, and we pray the same prayer every day for her children and my son's children. Great idea! I scrap booked the 12 verses our church learned over 2010 and printed them out as photos. I slipped them into one of those cheap little photo books. Everyone loves them and it makes it an easy way to review these verses. I have a list of 31 things to pray for your children… Maybe I'll start scrapping those! I'd love a set of these please! At any rate I LOVE This and would love the cards to have a “guide” to pray for my husband as I generally pray randomly to watch over him, but I know that guided prayer can pen so many more paths.

Just made one of these flip books as an example because our MOPS (mothers of preschoolers) group will be making them this Friday as our craft.
It didn't turn out quite as cute as the pictures because, for some reason, the dimensions given for the cardboard doesn't allow for the fabric to show beneath the photos. I'd gone and found a great floral fabric at Hobby Lobby that coordinated exactly, too…oh well. Plus, I didn't realize that I would have to manually punch holes in all 31 plastic photo pages (for all 20 moms…whew)or that the photo pages end up upside down and the pictures definitely have to be taped in (LOL!), so it took A LOT longer than I'd anticipated and some of them didn't line up exactly. But, still, a very cute idea.

@CStoll To clarify, the dimensions show the fabric when only one photo page is on the flip book, like you have shown in your example photos. But when all 31 days are on it, the top becomes opaque and the bottom doesn't show for some reason.
Also, how did you get a hole punch through all the layers? I ended up having to take the fabric and card stock off, then punch a hole in the cardboard separately, then put it back together.

I didn't buy the photo sheets yet and I can't tell from the picture, but do you have to punch holes in the photo pages or are they already there? It didn't say in the instructions, but as I'm looking at the sheets it looks like you would need to?
@ElizabethH Yes, you do have to punch the photo sheets as well. I made a template out of cardstock and then punched two at a time.

I have a question about what kind of hole punch you used. It says in your instructions to punch the hole 2″ in and 1″ down, but my standard hole punch will only go about 3/4″ down. It looks in the picture that my punch is the same as yours, but I must be missing something.
